Take Action

By law, the US Postal Service is prohibited from shipping alcohol under U.S. Legal Code 18 § 1716. But a new bill in Congress, the United States Postal Service Shipping Equity Act (H.R. 3721), could change that. Enabling home delivery of alcohol by USPS would create new health risks and potential for underage drinking, and threaten existing alcohol safety measures.
